Look at the property through an appraiser’s eyes. A client is looking at current and forward, at the current sale prices on the market. An appraiser is looking at the last few months so they are looking in the rearview, while the buyer is looking through the windshield.
How to price a house to sell fast
The sweet spot of selling a property is where it’s going to be able to sell quickly but still get a client top dollar. You want the highest price that benefits the seller, but will still appraise and still attract the buyer.
